Zombie NIR
Zombie NIR™ (Ex-Max 715 nm/Em-Max 743 nm)
Zombie NIR™ from Biolegend is an amine-reactive viability dye useful in flow cytometry when fixation and permeabilization of the cells is required prior to analysis. It has an excitation peak at 715 nm and an emission peak at 743 nm, however in flow cytometry it is recommended for excitation with the red 640 nm laser.
