About TyraMax 560/580

TyraMax™ Dyes are Biotium’s next generation of tyramide signal amplification (TSA) dyes for spatial biology. TSA, or Catalyzed Reporter Deposition (CARD), is a sensitive technique for detecting low-abundance targets in fluorescent ICC, IHC, FISH. TyraMax™ Dyes are designed to yield a brighter signal compared to CF® Dye tyramides. TyraMax 560/580 has an excitation peak at 562 nm and an emission peak at 584 nm.
