Spark PLUS V475™ has an excitation peak at 404 nm and an emission peak at 475 nm. Spark PLUS V475™ provides a bright, cleaner alternative to Brilliant Violet 480™ with reduced spillover into Brilliant Violet 510™. Spark PLUS V475™ can be unmixed from other violet laser options and can replace Brilliant Violet 480™ on conventional instruments, while its unique spectral profile also allows clear unmixing from BV480™ on spectral instruments. Spark PLUS Dyes employ proprietary technology to maximize signal and boost performance while maintaining the advantages of Spark Dyes, such as high stability and buffer compatibility.
