JFX 554, Maleimide has an excitation peak at 554 nm and an emission peak at 576nm. JFX 554, Maleimide is a yellow fluorescent deuterated Janelia Fluor dye supplied with a Maleimide reactive group for conjugation (thiol reactivity) and shows enhanced brightness, photostability and chromostability.
