CytoLiner 650/675 has an excitation peak at 647 nm and an emission peak at 674 nm. CytoLiner Fixed Cell Membrane Dyes are novel lipophilic fluorescent dyes for selective staining of the plasma membrane in formaldehyde-fixed cells. These dyes are suitable for downstream immunofluorescence staining protocols.
