Spark PLUS B550 has an excitation peak at 516 nm and an emission peak at 540 nm. Spark PLUS B550 is highly resistant to heat, light, and common fixatives. Spark PLUS B550 can be used on conventional and spectral flow cytometers, and is ideal for combining with PE and FITC on spectral instruments. Spark PLUS B550 maximizes signal from the blue laser with minimal yellow/green cross-excitation and spillover.
