About XFD350

XFD350 from AAT Bioquest has an excitation peak at 343 nm and an emission peak at 441 nm, and is spectrally similar in size, brightness and application to AMCA, Alexa Fluor™ 350 (ThermoFisher), DyLight™ 350 and CF®350 (Biotium). It is useful in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy applications.
