About Zombie R718

Zombie R718™ is a polar amine reactive fluorescent dye that is impermeant to live cells, but permeant to cells with compromised membranes. Thus, it can be used to assess live vs. dead status of mammalian cells. Zombie R718 is spectrally identical to Spark Red 718 and therefore can be consolidated into the same dump channel.
