About Zombie R685
Zombie R685™ is a polar amine reactive fluorescent dye that is impermeant to live cells, but permeant to cells with compromised membranes. Thus, it can be used to assess the live vs. dead status of mammalian cells. Zombie R685 is spectrally identical to cFluor 685 and therefore can be consolidated into the same dump channel.
