About Zombie B550

Zombie B550™ has an excitation peak at 515 nm and an emission peak at 540 nm. Zombie B550™ is a soluble amine-reactive fluorescent dye that is impermeant to live cells but permeant to cells with compromised membranes. Thus, it can be used to assess the live vs. dead status of mammalian cells. Zombie B550 is spectrally identical to Spark Blue 550 and can be consolidated together into the same dump channel.
