About StarBright Yellow 800
StarBright Yellow 800 (SBY800) Dye is a fluorescent polymer nanoparticle with an excitation peak at 549 nm and an emission peak at 788 nm, an alternative to PE-Cy7 or PE-A750 in flow cytometry. The StarBright family fluorophores from Bio-Rad offers an alternative to the Horizon Brilliant™ polymer series from BD Biosciences including Brilliant™ Violet and Brilliant™ UV.
