CoraLite Plus 555
CoraLite 555 (Ex-Max 555 nm/Em-Max 565 nm)
CoraLite Plus 555 from Proteintech has an excitation peak at 404 nm and an emission peak at 431 nm. It is spectrally similar to DyLight™ 550 and Alexa Fluor™ 555 and can be useful in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. CoraLite® Plus dyes are chemically engineered with SuperHydrophilic dPEG® groups for greater biocompatibility, high water solubility, enhanced brightness and photostability. The family of CoraLite® Plus fluorophores are spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor® dyes.
