About Oxazole Yellow Homodimer

Oxazole Yellow homodimer (YOYO-1) is a cell-impermeant, fluorogenic bis-intercalating nucleic acid stain. Oxazole Yellow homodimer has an excitation peak at 491 nm and an emission peak at 508 nm. It is commonly used as a dead and apoptotic cell stain in the following applications: Fluorescence Microscopy and Flow Cytometry.
