About Calcein Deep Red

Calcein Deep Red is the hydrodlyzed version of Calcein Deep Red, AM. It is commonly used as a cell impermeant, esterase independet control for Calcein Deep Red, AM. Commonly used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, or fluorescent microplate reader assays. It has an excitation peak at 645 nm and an emission peak at 655 nm.
