About LysoView 405

Biotium's LysoView™ dyes are cell-permeant alkaline probes that localize to acidic compartments inside the cell, such as endosomes and lysosomes. These types of probes are designed for live-cell imaging and do not typically survive fixation and permeabilization. LysoView™ 405 has an excitation peak at 400 nm and an emission peak at 464 nm.
