About LysoView 405
Biotium’s LysoView dyes label lysosomes in live cells and are non-toxic, allowing for real-time live-cell imaging without a wash step. LysoView dyes exhibit pH-sensitive fluorescence which increases the specificity and lowers background noise. There are multiple dye options in this line for use in fluorescent microscopy and imaging, while some are also suitable for super-resolution applications.
