Biotium's LipidSpot dyes are used to fluorescently label intracellular lipid droplets in live or fixed cells with no wash step. These dyes remain stable after cells stained with LipidSpot dyes are fixed or permeabilized. LipidSpot 488 has an excitation max at 430 nm and an emission peak at 586 nm.
