Biotium’s LipidSpot dyes are used to fluorescently label intracellular lipid droplets in live or fixed cells with no wash step. These dyes remain stable after cells stained with LipidSpot dyes are fixed or permeabilized. LipidSpot dyes are typically used for live-cell imaging and can be used for super-resolution imaging applications.
