Biotium's NucSpot Live 488 is a cell membrane-permeant dye that can passively enter live cells to assess DNA content analysis or counterstain nuclei in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy applications. It has an excitation peak at 503 nm and an emission peak at 518 nm.
