IRDye® 680RD from Licor has an excitation peak at 680 nm and an emission peak at 694 nm. It can be useful in flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, fluorescent western blot detection and in vivo imaging. Spectrally it is similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647.
