About NucView 488

NucView 488 Caspase- 3/7 substrate is a cell-permeant substrate for detecting apoptosis in live cells. It has an excitation peak at 500 nm and an emission peak at 530 nm. This method is often paired with an Annexin V conjugate and impermeant nucleic acid stains. It can be used with the following analysis platforms: Fluorescence Microscopy, Fluorescence Microscopy.
