DY-521XL
DY-521XL (Ex-Max 524 nm/Em-Max 667 nm)
DY-521XL from Dyomics is a member of their MegaStokes fluorophore family. These dyes are characterized by very dramatic Stokes Shifts between their excitation and emission peaks. This fluorophore has an excitation peak at 533 nm and an emission peak at 674 nm. Although spectrally they could be applied to flow cytometry applications, they exhibit wide emission ranges that will spillover into neighboring emission channels. They are most commonly used for fluorescence microscopy.
