About eFluor 780 Fix Viability
eFluor™ 780 Fixable Viability from Thermo Fisher Scientific is an amine-reactive dye that can be used to discriminate between live and dead cells in flow cytometry. It is compatible with further cryopreservation, fixation or permeabilization. It has an excitaiton peak at 750 nm and an emission peak at 780 nm.
