Calcein Orange is the hydrodlyzed version of Calcein Orange, AM. It is commonly used as a cell impermeant, esterase independet control for Calcein Orange, AM. Commonly used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, or fluorescent microplate reader assays. It has an excitation peak at 523 nm and an emission peak at 549 nm.
