About Fluo-3

Fluo-3, AM a cell-permeant calcium detection reagent. Fluo-3 is the hydrolyzed reagent for microplate assays or as a standard control. It has an excitation peak at 506 nm and an emission peak at 527 nm. This reagent can be used in microplate assays, fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry.
