TIPIN

Aliases:
Other: TIMELESS-interacting protein|CSM3 homolog

The protein encoded by this gene is part of the replisome complex, a group of proteins that support DNA replication. It binds TIM, which is involved in circadian rhythm regulation, and aids in protecting cells against DNA damage and stress. Two pseudogenes and two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2014]

Common Laser: 488
Common Filter: 670/30
Excitation Peak: 482
Emission Peak: 675

Peridinin-Chlorophyll-Protein (PerCP) is a red-emitting fluorescent protein isolated from algae that can be excited by the 488 nm blue laser and captured with a 670/30 nm bandpass filter. PerCP exhibits a large Stokes' Shift, with an excitation peak at 482 nm and an emission peak at 675 nm. PerCP is was historically used in flow cytometry, however it is highly susceptible to photobleaching and... see more
