RIP3

Aliases: RIP3
Other: receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 3|RIP-3|RIP-like protein kinase 3|receptor interacting protein 3

The product of this gene is a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases, and contains a C-terminal domain unique from other RIP family members. The encoded protein is predominantly localized to the cytoplasm, and can undergo nucleocytoplasmic shuttling dependent on novel nuclear localization and export signals. It is a component of the tumor nec... see more

PE-Cy5

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 670/30
Excitation Peak: 496
Emission Peak: 667

PE-Cyanine®5 (PE-Cy5) is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy5. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy5. PE-Cy5 has an excitation peak at 496 nm and an emission peak at 667 nm.
