PPP1R2

Aliases: IPP-2, IPP2, PPP1R2A
Other: protein phosphatase inhibitor 2|phosphoprotein phosphatase

Protein phosphatase-1 (PP1) is one of the main eukaryotic serine/threonine phosphatases. The protein encoded by this gene binds to the catalytic subunit of PP1, strongly inhibiting its activity. Ten related pseudogenes have been found throughout the human genome. Several splice variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2015]

Common Laser: 628-640
Common Filter: 660/20
Excitation Peak: 651
Emission Peak: 660

Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
