P-Glycoprotein

Aliases: ABC20, CD243, CLCS, GP170, MDR1, P-GP, PGY1
Other: ATP-dependent translocase ABCB1|ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B (MDR/TAP), member 1|P-glycoprotein 1|colchicin sensitivity|doxorubicin resistance|multidrug resistance protein 1|phospholipid transporter ABCB1

The membrane-associated protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White). This protein is a member of the MDR/TAP subfamily. Members of the MDR/TAP subfamily... see more

PE-Cy5.5

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 695/40
Excitation Peak: 565
Emission Peak: 695

PE-Cyanine®5.5 (PE-Cy5.5) is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy5.5. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy5.5. PE-Cy5.5 has an excitation peak at 496 nm and an emission peak at 695 nm.
