IDO1

Aliases: IDO, IDO-1, INDO
Other: indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1|indolamine 2,3 dioxygenase|indole 2,3-dioxygenase|indoleamine-pyrrole 2,3-dioxygenase

This gene encodes indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) - a heme enzyme that catalyzes the first and rate-limiting step in tryptophan catabolism to N-formyl-kynurenine. This enzyme acts on multiple tryptophan substrates including D-tryptophan, L-tryptophan, 5-hydroxy-tryptophan, tryptamine, and serotonin. This enzyme is thought to play a role in a variety of pathophysiological processes such as ant... see more

PE-Cy7

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 780/60
Excitation Peak: 565
Emission Peak: 778

PE-Cyanine®7 (PE-Cy7, RPE-Cy7) is a far red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy7. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy7, which emits light that can be captured with a 780/60 nm bandpass filter. PE-CY7 has an excitation peak at 565 nm and an emissi... see more
