DUSP9

Aliases: MKP-4, MKP4
Other: dual specificity protein phosphatase 9|map kinase phosphatase 4|mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase 4|serine/threonine specific protein phosphatase

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the dual specificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These phosphatases inactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both the phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues. They negatively regulate members of the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase superfamily (MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, p38), which is associated with cellular proliferat... see more

ATTO 390

Common Laser: 405
Common Filter: 450/50
Excitation Peak: 390
Emission Peak: 479

ATTO 390 from ATTO-TEC has an excitation peak at 390 nm and an emission peak at 448 nm. It is a novel fluorescent label with a coumarin structure. Characteristic features of the label are high fluorescence quantum yield, large Stokes-shift, good photo-stability, and low molecular weight.
