B lymphocyte chemoattractant, independently cloned and named Angie, is an antimicrobial peptide and CXC chemokine strongly expressed in the follicles of the spleen, lymph nodes, and Peyer's patches. It preferentially promotes the migration of B lymphocytes (compared to T cells and macrophages), apparently by stimulating calcium influx into, and chemotaxis of, cells expressing Burkitt's lymphoma... see more

PE-Cyanine®5 (PE-Cy5) is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy5. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy5. PE-Cy5 has an excitation peak at 496 nm and an emission peak at 667 nm.
