Along with APC/Fire 810™, PE/Fire™ 810 expands the range of spectral detection further than any of our previous fluorophores, emitting even beyond the range of PE/Cyanine7. Optimized for spectral unmixing cytometers, PE/Fire™ 810 is excited by the blue and yellow/green lasers and can utilized for nearly any antigen since it has little spectral overlap with other fluorophores.
