CD272

Aliases: BTLA1, CD272
Other: B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator|B- and T-lymphocyte-associated protein

This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. The encoded protein contains a single immunoglobulin (Ig) domain and is a receptor that relays inhibitory signals to suppress the immune response. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with an increased risk of rheumatoid arthritis. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011]

PE-Fire 640

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 630/69
Excitation Peak: 566
Emission Peak: 639

PE-Fire™ 640 from Biolegend is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines pycoerythrin (PE) and Fire™ 640. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Fire™ 640, which emitts light that can be captured with a 630/69 nm bandpass filter. PE-eF610 has an excitation peak at 565 nm and an... see more
