CD272

Aliases: BTLA1, CD272
Other: B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator|B- and T-lymphocyte-associated protein

This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. The encoded protein contains a single immunoglobulin (Ig) domain and is a receptor that relays inhibitory signals to suppress the immune response. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with an increased risk of rheumatoid arthritis. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011]

Brilliant Ultraviolet 615

Common Laser: 355
Common Filter: 610/20
Excitation Peak: 348
Emission Peak: 616

BD Horizon Brilliant™ UltraViolet 615 (BUV615) is a tandem dye has an excitation peak at 348 nm and has an emission maximum of 616 nm. This dye is part of the Brilliant™ UltraViolet dye family, developed and sold by BD Biosciences. This family of dyes uses BUV395 as the donor so that all dyes in the family can be excited by the 355 nm UV laser. Depending on the acceptor, the dyes in this family... see more
