CD268

Aliases: BAFF-R, BAFFR, BROMIX, CD268, CVID4, prolixin
Other: tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 13C|B cell-activating factor receptor|BAFF receptor|BLyS receptor 3

B cell-activating factor (BAFF) enhances B-cell survival in vitro and is a regulator of the peripheral B-cell population. Overexpression of Baff in mice results in mature B-cell hyperplasia and symptoms of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Also, some SLE patients have increased levels of BAFF in serum. Therefore, it has been proposed that abnormally high levels of BAFF may contribute to the p... see more

PE-Cy5.5

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 695/40
Excitation Peak: 565
Emission Peak: 695

PE-Cyanine®5.5 (PE-Cy5.5) is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy5.5. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy5.5. PE-Cy5.5 has an excitation peak at 496 nm and an emission peak at 695 nm.
