RealYellow™ 775 (RY775) from BD Biosciences is an alternative to PE-Cy7, PE-Vio 770 (Miltenyi) and PE-eFluor 780 (ThermoFisher) tandem fluorophores and has the advantage of discrete excitation off of the 561 nm laser without much cross-beam excitation by the 488nm laser.
