CACNA1S

Aliases: CACNL1A3, CCHL1A3, Cav1.1, HOKPP, HOKPP1, MHS5, TTPP1, hypoPP
Other: voltage-dependent L-type calcium channel subunit alpha-1S|calcium channel, voltage-dependent, L type, alpha 1S subunit|dihydropyridine receptor alpha 1 subunit|dihydropyridine-sensitive L-type calcium channel alpha-1 subunit|voltage-gated calcium channel subunit alpha Cav1.1

This gene encodes one of the five subunits of the slowly inactivating L-type voltage-dependent calcium channel in skeletal muscle cells. Mutations in this gene have been associated with hypokalemic periodic paralysis, thyrotoxic periodic paralysis and malignant hyperthermia susceptibility. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Alexa Fluor 647

Common Laser: 628-640
Common Filter: 660/20
Excitation Peak: 650
Emission Peak: 665

Alexa Fluor™ 647 (AF647, Alexa 647) has an excitation peak at 650 nm and an emission peak at 665 nm, and is spectrally similar to Cy®5 (GE Healthcare), iFluor® 647 (ATT Bioquest), and DyLight™ 650 (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Alexa 647 is commonly used for flow cytometry, microscopy, super-resolution microscopy applications. It is very bright, photostable, and pH insensitive, all of which cont... see more
