ACACA

Aliases: ACAC, ACACAD, ACC, ACC1, ACCA
Other: acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1|ACC-alpha|acetyl-Coenzyme A carboxylase alpha

Acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) is a complex multifunctional enzyme system. ACC is a biotin-containing enzyme which catalyzes the carboxylation of acetyl-CoA to malonyl-CoA, the rate-limiting step in fatty acid synthesis. There are two ACC forms, alpha and beta, encoded by two different genes. ACC-alpha is highly enriched in lipogenic tissues. The enzyme is under long term control at the transcrip... see more

CoraFluor-1

Common Filter:
Excitation Peak: 340
Emission Peak: 545

CoraFluors are luminescent terbium complexes developed by the Mazitschek lab at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University. The high brightness, long emission lifetimes (> 1 ms) and excellent stability of CoraFluors make them well-suited tools for biomedical assay applications, including homogenous and intracellular time-gated fluorescent measurements (e.g., homogenous and intrac... see more
