CoraLite Plus 647
CoraLite 647 (Ex-Max 647 nm/Em-Max 667 nm)
CoraLite Plus 647 from Proteintech has an excitation peak at 647 nm and an emission peak at 667 nm. It is spectrally similar to ATTO 647 and Alexa Fluor™ 647 and can be useful in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. CoraLite® Plus dyes are chemically engineered with SuperHydrophilic dPEG® groups for greater biocompatibility, high water solubility, enhanced brightness and photostability. The family of CoraLite® Plus fluorophores are spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor® dyes.
